What does it even mean to show up for yourself?

In short, it's a way of loving yourself and doing shit to take care of yourself. There's no universal list of things that everyone needs to do to show up for themselves; what you need to do is unique to youโ€”just like you! BUT, we do have some ideas that everyone can do:

- Stop talking smack about yourself! Start using positive affirmations, even when you want to do the opposite.
- Say NO. Many of us say "yes" too often just to make those around us happy. It's okay to say no!

- Get some sleep! By getting a full 8 hours, you're recharging to slay the day!
