The Sexual Health Promotion Unit (SHPU) works to provide comprehensive STD/STI/HIV services to Sacramento, El Dorado, Placer and Yolo counties (Sacramento Ryan White TGA) through education, awareness, and access.  Our guiding values are reducing the stigma of sexuality, empowering individuals to be in control of their sexual health and wellbeing, providing non-judgmental services and ensuring health equity.
