Don't sell yourself short.

Winning the lottery, that's lucky. But your life accomplishments, now that's hard work. Too often, we attribute our life's successes to luck. We need to stop that right here and now. Nothing you have in this life is luck; you've earned this. You've worked hard to get where you are today. For example, if you've reached U=U, that's not luck. Don't fool yourself! You worked hard by going to all of your doctor appointments and remembering to take your meds every single day.

Reach around and give yourself a pat on the back for all of your hard work.
