"Unless someone like you cares an awful lot, it's not going to get better. It's not." - Dr. Seuss

Sorry to be a vibe killer up in here, but our planet is dying and it's pretty sad. But I know that's not new news, right?

So what, right? Well, it's Earth Day, so let's talk about it. There are things YOU can do to help our planet! Here are a few:
- Recycle recycle recycle! We know that you know that one. Something people don't know, though, is to be sure to wash your bottles before recycling them, or else they'll get thrown away.
- Buy plastic-free products. Did you know you can buy toothpaste from a glass jar? There are alternatives for almost everything — Ziplock bags, plastic wrap (look up beeswax wrap—it's reusable!), and more!
- If you live somewhere with clean water sources, get a reusable water bottle. This might be more expensive up-front (but not always) than disposable water bottles, but buying individual bottles adds up, and over time you'll actually save money, too!
- Buy foods in bulk to avoid additional packaging. This saves you trips to the store, too, which reduces emissions from transportation. And bonus — it saves you time so you can do other things!

What do you do on a daily basis to protect our planet?
