Speaking of feet, have you heard of hand-foot-and-mouth disease (HFMD)? It's a virus that usually happens to babies and little children. Unfortunately for us, though, it's also troublesome for people with compromised immune systems.

You can prevent HFMD by washing your hands regularly (especially after going somewhere that kids play or before meals), be on alert for sneezing or runny noses from kids, disinfecting high-traffic areas in your house, and reminding kids not to put their hands in their mouths.
