There is no angry way to say "bubbles."

Try it. I dare you. If you're angry right now, that's sure to make you giggle.

Sometimes, things like that are just what we need. No one likes feeling angry for an extended period of time!

If you're having a case of the grumps, here are some tips to help you climb out of it:
1. Exercise! Work out that angry energy! Going for a jog, lifting weights, or boxing will take your mind off things and alleviate physical tension you're feeling.
2. Watch something funny. TikTok and YouTube can work wonders for this one. We all get pretty distracted after scrolling endlessly through TikToks.
3. Meditate! It's a nice little way to "reset" our brains, clear the turbulence, and calm ourselves.
4. Journal. Just grab some paper and write down everything that's on your mind. This is a great way to vent without dumping your anger onto someone else.
