Setting goals and aligning with your goals are two different things. Your goals will come to you when you are in harmony with them.

Commit to your goals. Write them down. Visualize them. Create a plan, and then act on them.

When you do this, you're making your goals a part of your daily life. If you push them aside and just hope they'll happen, you're sabotaging yourself. Get out there, align yourself with where you want to be, and you'll knock them out of the park. You've got this!
