When this happens, it's okay to close your browser. đŸ˜‰ This can look like a few different things–most of them involving going unplugged. We know... it's hard to put your phone down, but you can do it! Set it down and try taking a bubble bath, going for a run, going to bed early, or anything else that you find relaxing. Scrolling through Facebook and having notifications going off left and right doesn't typically help calm your mind. So take an hour or two and spend it with YOU! Reminder: it's okay to give your brain a break for a bit.
