Let it flow or let it go.

This can be interpreted a few different ways, but we like to think of it as: If you're ready to move on, then move on, and if you're not, then feel your feelings like the badass you are.

There isn't a timeline to when you should move on from things that hurt or anger you. Only you know when you're ready, and don't let anyone tell you otherwise. And until you reach that point, don't be ashamed to let those tears flow, anger flow, or whatever you need as you work through your emotions.
