It's okay if healing takes longer than expected.

There's no timeline you have to follow.

Everyone heals at their own pace. If you're not ready to move on from something yet, then keep working through your thoughts and feelings. Overcoming something too soon will only result in it resurfacing later. Fully become at peace with the situation at hand, and recognize where you're at and where you want to be.

In the meantime, be sure to take care of who is #1: YOU! Get sleep, take a shower, and eat all of your meals. Hang in there, honey.
