Here are some reasons you might be constantly tired:
- Your food choices could be weighing you down. If you're overeating, consuming too much salt, or overall regularly consuming unhealthy foods in large quantities, then you're not giving your body the fuel it needs! Try making some adjustments to your diet (more fruits and veggies, less chips and soda) to give your body more energy.
- You could be depressed. If you can't sleep at night and lack the motivation to do anything during the day, consider giving your doctor a call.
- Not exercising enough can actually make you tired. Sounds totally opposite, right? But exercising actually gives you energy. Try making little changes to start, like taking the stairs instead of the elevator.
