I'm no cactus expert but I know a prick when I see one.

According to Urban Dictionary, a prick is "the existence of a worthless asshole."

I mean, it's not totally nice to call someone a prick, but I'm not saying that some people don't deserve it.

Think of dealing with pricks like lifting weights. The more we lift, the stronger we get. And we go into the next workout with the mindset of lifting even heavier than the last. Dealing with difficult people is pretty similar. We learn to be calmer each time. These people are unavoidable—you're going to get cut off in traffic, deal with rude customer service people, or whatever else in your day-to-day life. Dealing with the situations really is a muscle that you have to keep working.

Just remember to separate yourself from the situation, take a deep breath, and calm down. Get back to your zen. 🧘🏾‍♂️
