We know that our nutrition is a super important part to our HIV treatment. So how do you stay on top of it during the holidays, with all of these tempting foods around us?

Well, first of all, one day of treating yourself to some extra foods isn't going to throw you off. So don't sit there at the Thanksgiving table thinking you're only allowed to dine on turkey and green beans with a side of water. Treating yourself to all of the extra goodies in moderation is okay, and you shouldn't beat yourself up over it. Just plan ahead, and be sure your nutrition is on point leading up to the big day.
