You tend to get stuck because your negative view of the world reinforces your positive mindset. We're here to say that today is the day to snap out of it, sis! Easier said than done, I know, but in order to move forward, we need to recognize what triggers our negative mindset. Focus on what gets your thoughts started.
Another way to shift our mindset is to focus on the positivity in your life. Make mental notes or physical ones in a journal of positive things throughout your day. This could be hitting all green lights on your way to work, seeing some nice flowers, or enjoying good food.
