Registration
For your safety, security, and privacy, registration is required to gain access to the application.
Registration is a 5 step process and takes 15-30 minutes.
Verification to ensure eligibility may take up to 48 hours.
Eligibility checklist:
To be Eligible you must provide evidence that you are:
- Between the ages of 13 and 34 years old
- Please scan and upload one of the following documents: a valid driver’s license, state ID, passport, birth certificate, or other legal document that shows your full name and date of birth.
- Living with HIV (HIV-positive)
- Please scan and upload one of the following: Results of HIV test or other blood test indicating a detectable viral load, a signed letter from a member of your care team, or a picture of your HIV medicine bottle.
OR
You can choose to sign a release of information form so we can obtain this information from your doctor or another member of your care team - Note: The fastest way to gain access to Positive Peers is to upload your own documents (links below) to prove you are 13–34 years old and living with HIV.
- Please scan and upload one of the following: Results of HIV test or other blood test indicating a detectable viral load, a signed letter from a member of your care team, or a picture of your HIV medicine bottle.
- Own a functioning iOS or Android smartphone with enough space available for the app
- Have a current email address
- Be a resident of the United States.
- Currently, we are only able to verify HIV status of US residents.
